Every player needs a signed waiver — it's a Maryland thing, and a smart thing. Parents and guardians sign on behalf of anyone under 18, and you can register multiple kids in one go.

What you'll need

· Each player's first and last name + date of birth.
· An adult signer (18+) for any minor players.
· Emergency contact name + phone.
· An email so we can send a copy for your records.
